Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members, whether or not related, are not eligible.
Entry Period: The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Mountain Time ("MT") on March 11, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM MT on March 31, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: Complete the HomeMapper Survey and provide a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Free Alternate Method of Entry: To enter without completing the survey, send an email to with the subject line "HomeMapper Drawing" and your full name in the body. Alternate entries must be received by 11:59 PM MT on March 31, 2026. No survey completion is required for alternate entry. All methods of entry receive equal consideration and equal odds of winning.
Drawing & Winner Notification: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 1, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. The winner will be notified by email within three (3) business days of the drawing. If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Winner List: For the name of the winner, send an email to with the subject line "Winner List" after April 7, 2026 and before June 30, 2026. The winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence will be provided.
Prize: One (1) $50.00 Apple Gift Card (approximate retail value: $50.00). No cash equivalent or alternative prize is available. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Taxes: Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with the prize.
Release of Liability: By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, members, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Privacy: Email addresses and personal information collected in connection with this sweepstakes are used solely for sweepstakes administration and winner notification. Personal information will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes unless the entrant separately and affirmatively opts in. General Conditions: By entering, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation, suspension, or modification. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law; should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within seven (7) days of notification (except where prohibited by law).
Governing Law: These Official Rules and any disputes arising from or relating to this sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
